Artos AG: Management von Produktinnovationen

Artos AG ist eine Projektmanagement-Simulation mit Fokus auf Produktinnovationen. Die Spieler müssen ihr Projekt zunächst vor einem firmeninternen Auswahlkomitee verteidigen und dann planen, implementieren, durchführen und abschiessen.

Das Szenario umfasst Elemente wie Zieldefinition, Gewinnschätzung, Planungsoptimierung, Projektpräsentation und das Management von organisationalem Wandel.

Artos AG ist aktuell auf Französisch (sowie bald auch auf Englisch und Deutsch) verfügbar.

Belleville: Public Health Management

Im Belleville-Szenario gilt es die Gründung eines neuen Krankenhauses zu planen. Das Szenario eignet sich entsprechend für den Einsatz im Public-Health-Bereich.

Das Szenario umfasst Elemente wie Zieldefinition, Gewinnschätzung, Planungsoptimierung, Projektpräsentation und das Management von organisationalem Wandel.

Das Belleville-Szenario ist aktuell auf Französisch (sowie bald auch auf Englisch und Deutsch) verfügbar.

ElectroSun Bikes: Management von Logistikeinrichtungen und Wertschöpfungsketten

Im "ElectroSun Bikes"-Szenario ist die Gründung eines neuen Verteilerzentrums für Elektrofahrräder voranzutreiben. Die Simulation konzentriert sich dabei auf die Aspekte Logistik und Management von Wertschöpfungsketten. Die Spieler verwalten ein Budget von 2 Millionen Euro und sind sowohl für die Entwicklung als auch die Implementierung des Projektes verantwortlich.

Das Szenario wurde für den Executive Master in Global Supply Chain Management an der EPFL entwickelt und ist aktuell auf Englisch verfügbar.
