An increasingly complex environment

Human activities take place in an increasingly complex environment. New technologies, globalization, reduced product life cycle, energy crises and expectations regarding corporate social responsibility call for both sensitive and robust project managers that do not stop at neither soft skills nor hard facts.

New educational approaches

Against this background, we are reaching the limits of traditional educational approaches like ex cathedra teaching. Today, it is rather more active teaching methods such as Problem Based Learning (PBL) or Experiential Learning that seem to facilitate the development of the required skills.

Simulation Games for higher education

AlbaSIM therefore develops simulation games that support and complement active approaches to higher education and training. 

Our software solutions stimulate students' creativity and flexibility, and allow for any teacher or trainer to develop their own simulations, even if they are not programmers.
