AlbaSIM is a multidisciplinary research group with competencies in pedagogy, sociology, management, software development and game design.

	Dominique Jaccard Professor HEIG-VD Engineer in Geomatics, Economist, Master in Information Systems. Main teaching activities: project management, management in complex environment, IT management, feasibility analysis and management of non-profit organizations. Training activities both in academic world (HEIG-VD, University of Geneva, University of Lausanne, University of Savoie) and for professional companies and organizations. 	Steffen Roth Sociologist, PhD in innovation management, Researcher HEIG-VD Sociologist by origin, Steffen holds a PhD in management from the Chemnitz University of Technology and pursues another PhD in organizational sociology at the University of Geneva. Steffen coordinates the group's publication activities and contributes to the design of new games, to the development of international versions of yet existing games and to research at the interface of serious games and innovation management.
