Overview

In the AlbaSIM Project Management Game, teams of 2 to 4 people take the role of the project manager and manage all phases of a virtual project.

The training concept includes both the use of the software simulation and offline activities like the production and presentation of project documentations. The Project Management Game hence is an integrated concept combining teamwork, computer simulation and role-plays.

Duration

Standard duration is 3 to 4 days. But the duration of the training can flexibly adapted to individual time budgets and learning objectives. The duration also depends on the length of complementary theoretical lectures. So far, training programs lasted from 2 to 8 days.
