AlbaSIM was used for a training program at Merk Serono Supply Chain Academy. For this program, we developed a specific scenario based on actual data and focusing on the project initiation phase.

"AlbaSIM Project Management Simulation was a key contribution to the success of our SC Academy. A specific simulation scenario was developed for one of our case studies, thus making it more challenging and interactive. The simulation was used by different groups during the training session and we were quite impressed by the results of the groupwork as well as the originality of the groups' proposals and presentations."
